Family letters from Sketty, [Glam.]; Langharne, [Carmarthen]; Hampton; Westmead; Carmarthonshire; Long Ashton and Churchill, [Somerset]; and Gellydevill, Carmarthenshire. The earliest, no. 80, tells of their living frugally at Sketty; no. 81, May 12, 1796, of her visit to her sister, Kitty's. In the first letters following her remarriage in 1797 to Evan Jones, a physician and later an officer in the Royal Clarence Volunteers, she attempts to reinstate herself in her aunt's affections. While near Bristol they saw something of the Mores. Nos. 30, 37-40 are from Evan Jones; he refers to the suit in Chancery in no. 39, dated November 2, 1800. Several letters mention her life interest in a house at Hampton and their daughter Emma.
